Music of Morocco – From the Library of CongressRecorded by Paul Bowles (1959)Dust-to-Digital版元品切れとなっている希少なボックスセットです。 彼の作品世界を象徴するような、簡潔で精密な資料として紹介されているA highly collectible archival box set documenting Paul Bowles’ legendary field recordings made throughout Morocco in 1959.An especially attractive feature of this edition is that each disc sleeve reproduces, at approximately half scale, Paul Bowles’ original hand-made map, submitted to the Library of Congress in 1960 together with his field recordings. According to the accompanying notes, Bowles created the map himself rather than marking a commercial road map, carefully designing it to document his recording journey with remarkable precision.
